1. What time can we check in & check out?
The earliest check-in time is 3:00 PM. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out time is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
2. How do we collect the keys?
The keys are located in key safes inside the courtyard. Information about accessing the building will be sent to you by email one day before arrival.
3. Where can we park?
Parking is available in the enclosed courtyard for up to three cars. The parking area is monitored by security cameras.
4. Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided in each apartment according to the number of guests.
5. Is breakfast available?
We do
not provide breakfast. However, there is a Coop grocery store 50 meters from
the guesthouse, and a breakfast place near the monastery about 500 meters away.
6. Can we use open fire or BBQ?
Yes, the necessary equipment can be found in the outdoor storage area in the courtyard.
7. Is there a baby cot available?
We can
provide one mobile baby cot, which can be comfortably placed in the Street View
(2+1) apartment alongside the existing furniture.
A baby bathtub, toilet seat reducer, or high chair can be provided free of
charge upon request
8. Can we bring a dog?
A maximum of two dogs is allowed only in the case of booking the entire
house.
For individual apartment bookings, dogs are not allowed, or only with prior
agreement from already booked guests. The extra fee is HUF 3,000 per dog per stay.
The owner is responsible for any damage caused by the dog and for covering the
related costs.
9. What kind of coffee maker is availbale in the aparments?
An electric moka pot (stovetop espresso maker) is provided. Ground coffee and tea bags are also available in the apartment.
10. Is there an oven and a refrigerator?
In the
shared kitchen accessible from the courtyard, you will find two electric
cooktops and one electric oven available for your use.
Refrigerators are available both in the shared kitchen and in each apartment.
11. How far is the nearest shop from the guesthouse?
You will find a Coop grocery store 40 meters from the house. Opening hours: Monday–Friday: 6:30–11:00 and 13:30–17:00 / Saturday: 7:00–12:00. Closed on public holidays.
12. Can we book the guesthouse for exclusive use?
Yes. For dates when all apartments are still available, you may book the entire guesthouse exclusively for an additional fee, even if your group size does not require full capacity.
